Here are a few things to keep in mind to help you discover the perfect location for you:
▫️ Property Taxes – Property taxes play a role in a monthly budget. While you have little control over the mandated costs, it’s best to take a look at the tax history of a home before you tour it.
▫️ Neighbourhood – Whether it’s fun nightlife or public transportation that appeals you, scoping out what a neighbourhood offers will make you happier in the long run. Unfortunately, neighbours are non-negotiable!
▫️ School District – At first glance, a school district might not seem like an important factor. However, whether or not you have children, a highly rated school district can impact the value of your home.
