We’re Cori and Tara, a mother-daughter real estate team with more than 35 years of combined experience helping people buy and sell homes across Ottawa. We bring two generations, two perspectives and one very simple philosophy to every client relationship: let our family look after yours.
For sellers, that means much more than putting a sign on the lawn. We build a strategy around your home, from pricing and preparation to professional marketing, negotiation and everything happening behind the scenes. We tell you what we think, keep you informed and adjust when the market tells us to.

I’ve been a REALTOR® since 2012, and I genuinely love what I do. I bring years of experience, strong market knowledge and a strategic approach to every move, but it’s helping people through such an important time in their lives that keeps me passionate about this business.
I take representing my clients seriously. I love negotiating, solving problems and finding the best way forward, and I’m never afraid to advocate for the people who put their trust in me. I believe in honest advice, great communication and working hard for the best possible outcome, while still having some fun along the way.
I love working in Ottawa and everything that comes with living here. In my downtime, you’ll usually find me with my husband Colin and our two dogs, trying a new restaurant, finding our next favourite patio, heading to a great live show or seeing what’s new around the city.
I love what I do, and I care deeply about doing it well.

Hi, I’m Cori!
After a career in health and fitness, I took a leap and followed my dream into real estate in 2003. More than 23 years later, I can confidently say I found exactly where I belong.
I’ve built my career working across virtually every side of real estate, from homes and condos to waterfront properties, land and complex transactions. That depth of experience means I know how to read a situation, anticipate challenges and find solutions when things don’t go according to plan.
Negotiating is one of my favourite parts of the job. I like to dig in, ask the right questions and understand what’s really driving a decision. There’s rarely one strategy that works for everyone, and I believe the best results come from understanding the people, the property and the bigger picture before deciding how to move.
I’m incredibly proud of the reputation and relationships I’ve built within Ottawa’s real estate community over more than two decades. Experience matters, relationships matter, and knowing how to navigate both can make a very real difference for my clients.
I still love the deal, the strategy and the negotiation, but helping people get where they want to go is what keeps me loving this business after all these years.
